theplot.io is a very basic online storyboarding application.

Free access is very limited but may be enough to get where you want.

Gif animation is supported so that is a definite plus!

Here’s a quick storyboard I threw together asking if the theplot.io will be adequate.  The fox character was drawn in the app but all other images in OpenToonz and then drag/dropped into the plot.

Very simple.  Very basic.  That’s very good.  🙂
